Updates

Follow new updates and improvements to Jamy.

July 13th, 2026

You can now securely share meeting reports with clients, partners, and teammates even if they don't have a Jamy account.

What's New

Every meeting report now includes a Share button with two sharing options:

πŸ”’ Only People Invited

Share a report privately with specific email addresses.

  • Invite one or more recipients via email.

  • No Jamy account is required.

  • Each recipient receives a secure link.

  • To access the report, they'll verify their identity using a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to their email.

  • Invited users can view the full meeting report, including:

    • AI Summary

    • Topics

    • Action Items

    • Report Sections

    • Transcript

    • Recording

  • You can revoke access for any invited user at any time.

🌐 Anyone with the Link

Need to share quickly?

Generate a public link that can be shared with anyone.

  • No Jamy account is required.

  • No OTP verification is needed.

  • Anyone with the link can view the meeting report.

  • Public access can be disabled at any time by switching back to Only People Invited.

⚠️ Caution: When you enable Anyone with the Link, anyone on the internet who has access to the link can view your meeting report. Only use this option if you're comfortable sharing the report publicly with anyone who receives the URL.

Who Can Share Reports?

Users who already have access to a meeting report can share it externally.

External recipients receive view-only access to the shared report, they cannot access your workspace, contacts, or any other meetings.

How to Share

  1. Open a meeting report.

  2. Click Share.

  3. Choose either:

    • Only People Invited, or

    • Anyone with the Link

  4. For private sharing, enter email addresses and click Share.

  5. For public sharing, copy the generated link and send it to your recipients.

You can manage or revoke access at any time from the Share dialog.

Security & Privacy

Your data remains under your control.

  • Shared access is limited to a single meeting report.

  • Invited users must verify their email using an OTP before accessing the report.

  • Public links should only be used when you're comfortable allowing anyone with the URL to view the report.

  • You can revoke invited access or disable public links whenever needed.

We hope this makes collaborating with customers, partners, and external stakeholders faster and more secure.
