Process Meeting toggle stuck/unresponsive in Calendar

User Jeremy (eskenj02@rivieraadvisors.com) reports that the 'Process Meeting' toggle in the calendar is unresponsive and cannot be turned off. They have attempted a hard refresh and checked the global 'Jamy will join' settings, but the toggle remains stuck in the 'on' position. This prevents them from stopping Jamy from joining specific scheduled meetings.
