Issue with Bot Not Joining Meetings – Jamy.ai Integration

I’ve been experiencing this issue for approximately 4–5 months: the bot does not directly join meetings, which makes it impossible to use the integrations as intended (https://app.jamy.ai/integrations). Could you please look into this or let me know if there’s a workaround? Thank you!

Process Meeting toggle stuck/unresponsive in Calendar

User Jeremy (eskenj02@rivieraadvisors.com) reports that the 'Process Meeting' toggle in the calendar is unresponsive and cannot be turned off. They have attempted a hard refresh and checked the global 'Jamy will join' settings, but the toggle remains stuck in the 'on' position. This prevents them from stopping Jamy from joining specific scheduled meetings.

Bug Report: Folders Not Sorting Alphabetically

I'm experiencing an issue with folders not sorting alphabetically as expected in Jamy. The folders should be automatically sorted in A-Z order, but this doesn't appear to be working correctly for me. I need this functionality to work properly so I can easily find and organize my folders. This is affecting my ability to efficiently navigate and manage my content.

Export all transcripts in one go

Users need the ability to export all their meeting transcripts in a single consolidated file, rather than downloading them individually. This would streamline data management and accessibility.

Search for keyword in folder

The user would like to be able to search for keywords within folders.

Manual Language Selection for Reports

Users need the ability to manually select the language for their reports, independent of the automatically detected input language. This would provide greater control and flexibility, especially when the detected language might not be the desired output language for the report.

Currently I have to go into the folders section to see if a meeting has been added to the correct folder. It would be great if we could see the folder status of a meeting from within the report section itself. Probably next to when it says processing/processed.

Allow Jamy.ai to integrate directly with Meetn.com, similar to how it integrates with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. This would benefit users who utilize both platforms, especially those who acquired both through Appsumo.

Automatic Recording Permission for Zoom Meetings

The need for Jamy.ai to have a one-time permission grant for Zoom recordings, similar to other tools, to eliminate the need for manual approval in every meeting. This would greatly enhance the user experience for those who frequently use Zoom.

Option to minimize/reposition "Jamy is on the way" pop-up in Chrome Extension

The "Jamy is on the way" pop-up that appears when Jamy joins a meeting via the Chrome extension is currently very large and covers a significant portion of the screen, which users find distracting during meetings. The request is to add an option to minimize, reposition, or reduce the size of this pop-up to make it less intrusive and improve the user experience.

Direct YouTube URL Transcription

Allow users to directly transcribe YouTube videos by providing a public YouTube URL, without needing to play the video during a live meeting. This would streamline the process for users who want to transcribe existing video content from YouTube.

Add "Copy transcript" button

Users should be able to copy the meeting transcript directly from the interface without needing to download a file. This would improve the workflow and accessibility of the transcript content.

How can I search for a phone number in my area code(s)

Rather than hitting refresh to see available phone numbers to purchase, why can’t I search for available phone numbers in my area codes?
